$19.95 per month membership fee
- Members pay a reduced $100 hourly fee for navigator and advocacy services, a 20% discount.
- Members are given access to our patient education “roadmaps.” These are richly sourced, common sense and clearly written guides on important advocacy, insurance, medical management and resource topics.
- Members also receive discounts for online tools and alliances with important consumer-based health services that will help you become your own best advocate and care manager.
